Condition: The body of the detector has lots of scratches, and chips in the paint, it has been used. The battery pack is missing so I hooked up 2 ,9Volt batteries and it was putting out sound and the needle was moving. The needle moved up to 60 when I swept it over a clad half dollar and around 40 on a nickel. I am sure that when a battery pack is installed with the correct amount of batteries it will give better results, audio works fine, See photos to help determine it's condition. Needs adjustments and a proper battery pack, available on EBAY. Sold as is as found
