Vintage - OOAK Artisan - Jewelry & Bead-  Encrusted - Folk Collage Art Box is pre-owned, vintage and in very nice condition.  There is a row of white faux pearls along top that are missing and two oval shaped beads on the sides that are missing (please note last 3 pictures).  Lid to the box has been sealed shut.  Measures 8 1/2 x 6 1/2".  Box is heavily decorated with a variety of costume jewelry pieces, seed pearls, rhinestones, etc.
