Vintage Brass Horse Medallion On Velvet Embroidered Heart Queen Bell Pull Floral

Vintage Brass Horse Medallion hanging on embroidered velvet, in a queen and heart design. Measures approximately 40” from the top of the ring to the bottom of the tassels. It looks like this may have been fashioned into a bell pull, but I could totally be wrong about that :) the additional hearts are not brass (or at least I don’t think they are) but the eagle badge at the top is brass (I believe).
