Beautifully stitched  by a very talented seamstress!!
approx.  11.5"  x  20" with the ruffle
looks like the entire towel was "homemade"
not sure of the fabric -- should be machine washable and dryable
Please don't think my low prices are an indication of low quality.
I have 5 storage units full of stuff collected over the last 40 years and
not getting any younger!!
