Makro Gold Kruzer Metal Detector

Description

Makro Gold Kruzer Metal Detector.  This is a very lightly used detector, with only air testing done with sample gold to verify it's operation.  I never had time to fully field test it in real world conditions.  I tested it against a Minelab Gold Monster and a Nokta Gold Finder with nugget samples ranging from dust speck size(sub grain) all the way up to about 3 grams.  It compares favorably with the Gold Monster with all but the smallest size.  Also, the Gold Monster appears to handle slightly more extreme ground conditions. I attribute these performance differences to the GM's 18v circuit vs. the Kruzers 9v.  The Kruzer is about equal with Nokta Gold Finder, but offers a lot more data from the TFT display.  Also, the Kruzer is a well-made detector, but I feel the Monster and Nokta are more sturdily built.  The only reason I'm selling it is because I shattered my knee on my last prospecting outing, and won't be detecting again for quite some time.  The only blemish it has is a scratch on the lower shaft.  Comes with 2 coils, headphones, charger, and original box.  Happy to answer any questions.  Thanks!
