For your consideration, I have two of these Disney Traditions “Cheerful Celebration” pieces designed by Jim Shore from Enesco, item #4013255. I have had them for years stored in my climate controlled, smoke-free, pet-free home. They have never been removed from their respective packaging.
The balloons have a threaded bottom that connects to Mickey’s hand. Perfect centerpiece to celebrate anyone’s birthday, we have one that has become a tradition.
